Since there is always the possibility that I may sleep the New Year in, I thought I should wish you all a
Happy New Year! while I'm still awake.

It's been a pretty good year for us. Some ups, some downs, but the ups greatly exceeded the downs.:)
Met some nice people, talked to a lot of nice people, made a few new friends, made a few people happy, upset a few people.
What more could I ask for?
A friend of mine recently told me, "If you have reasonably good health and a good marriage, that's about all you could ask for".
I think he was pretty dead on. :)

Thanks to everyone here at DC for making this a fantastic year! I usually don't post much, but I do alot of reading of the great information found here!

that is a perfect way to look at things. i have many things to be thankful for in the last year.i try to look at everyday as a new year when it comes to hopes and dreams, why limit it to one day of the year? happy new year's everyone, and remember DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE.
