Hope each one of you great men have a chance to pause for a bit and think back on the memories of things you were able to experience and love with your Dad's, StepDad's, and men who filled in that role for you..
There will always be something of those incredible men who despite what incredible odds against them at times, really tried hard to love and care for us and provide for the entire family, that will stick to us in ways we can sometimes barely comprehend - but those things are indeed, part of our very being !
We will never know how many nights they lay there thinking about us - all of us - and worrying and praying, and resolving to do better, so that we could take the next generation to higher levels..
I am so grateful for my dear Father, who raised 5 of us, sacrificed everything he ever had and did and made, so that we would have much, much, more, than he ever had..
And through all the trials, tribulations, successes, and not so successful times, I ALWAYS knew how much he loved me, our Mom, and my siblings..
And this love He has, even though he is gone from this earth, will never, ever, be diminished - in fact, it continues to grow stronger every year..
