Happy Birthday Chris # 1

I know many of y'all have a bad impression of Michael with Formula 113, but his Bead X Quick detailer is the best I've used. No streaking in the sun and it leaves a super slick surface. I also like Meguiars #34 and Wax Shop's Slick Stuff. The Mother's stuff is just awful. Streaks like crazy.

I have found a purpose for the Mother's quick detailer, and that is to use it with the clay bar. If you buy the kit, the QD comes with the clay. I've had no problem with this application, but I really am not that impressed with it as a stand-alone QD spray. It's just a bit lacking, in my opinion.

4. EO

P.S. Havent tried Pinnicle's, Einmann's, or Griots. Maybe the waxtest guys should conduct a test?

hint...hint...:D

I wouldn't NOT buy a product (yes, I meant the double negative there) just because it has Teflon. It's just a cheezy marketing thing.

As for my favorite QD, I simply love the Final Inspection. I can't find a thing wrong with it. It's cheap, works very well, makes the surface nicely smooth, and is a life saver whenever wax streaks! I have some Mother's that I use with the clay bar because it came with the clay bar and I don't want to waste the Final Inspection. I'm too money concious.

Can't go wrong with Final Inspection!

I find that PCM, EFCP and OGSO all are dust magnets due to the carnauba in them. If I was leaving my vehicle inside a closed area and wanted to "show" the car, these are all good QD's. However, since I drive my car daily, those QD's collect so much dust it's unbelievable. I find that my vehicle stays cleaner longer when I use EO and FI. Not only does my vehicle stay cleaner longer but the dust that does accumulate seems to blow off when I drive the car while the wax containing QD's allow the dust to adhere to the surface. So for low price and long lasting shine, my vote goes to EO.:up

Happy Birthday Dasher! hope it was a great one! :bday cake::happybday::partaaay::bday cake::happybday:
