Gummi Pflege- where?

Anyone know of any stores that carry Gummi-Pflege (the door seal stuff) online or in the Los Angeles area? My local BMW dealership doesn't carry it.
 
As far as I know, it is only sold at BMW dealerships part number 8214940701.



When I went to buy some, the parts guy had never heard of the stuff so I asked him what they used on door seals and he brought back the Gummi :confused:

Tell them to order it, that stuff should be a stock item for any BMW dealership. You should have a 1/2 dozen BMW dealerships in the LA area so it shouldn't be too hard to find. I use it but I don't think it's all that great. You could use Vinylx or 303 which will do just as good of a job. You could contact Cutter Motors in Santa Barbara at (800) 676-1595. They also have a website at cuttermotors.com.
 
BMW motorcycle dealers carry it, too. So check with them. All of them can order it one tube at a time.
 
If they are telling you that they dont carry it they are lying because they have to have it to correctly perform Inspections I and II as it is part of the procedure to condition door seals and GummiPfledge is the BMW approved product for this. BTW one tube should last you the life of your car.
