If there are any questions, feel free to ask them as I’m glad to help any of you out with your decision. For instance, if you’d like me to compare a product or few you have in mind to one on my list, if I have used it, I will compare the them.

Hope this helps ;)

Wow. Great list. Suprised by some of them.

Costco APC? Is it really any good? Is it safe? On my wheels I use Matco Pink Thunder APC. Pretty good stuff. I get it for free from a friend who owns a detailing store and buys it by the 100's of gallons. I would try the costco stuff though if it really is good. It's one of those things that I think abnout trying every time I am at Costco but pass on.

Gliptone glass cleaner? Can you tell more about this?

Also suprised you dont use Natural look. Haven't heard much about that in a while. I too like 303 on interior.

Great post though.

Nice post! :bigups Thanks for sharing... it's always nice to know what the pros prefer.

What about air freshening/deodorizing products? Any recommendations?

You asked for it...

-Would you say your polishes you listed for PC and Rotary or just Rotary?
-What about AIO? Where does that fall into place?
-What about #80? Where does that fall into place?
-Any sealant preferences for rims?
-Any chrome cleaners/dressing for chrome bumbers, trim, etc?
-What is Protect All Quick and Easy Wash? Does it really out perform PB S&W for heavy soil? Why wouldn't you just go full strength instead of dilution?
-Any ph balanced leather cleaner? Or do you perfer woolite?

Excelllant write up!:bigups

I'm glad some of you are finding it useful :)

Andrew: I did not put PO106 or PO85RD on the list because you can't buy them from anywhere but Menzerna USA and at that they are hard to come by. If they become more available, I will list em :)

Dalton: EBPCivicSI turned me onto the Costco' APC. It compares to Meguiar's APC but is a 1/3 of the price. Everything I listed it to use on has worked out quite exceptional.

The Gliptone HD Glass Cleaner is a foam aerosol type. It doesn't overspray and it has been the most streak free cleaner I have used to date.

I'm pretty well stocked up on 303 and have been for a while so I never got a chance to ordering NL to play around with.

mynci: Ozium New Car Scent to deodorize and freshen, however true odors must be removed first for a permanent treatment. I also like the 4* Leather Scent Spray and Leather Yankee Candle Car Jar for Liz and my cars :) .

Daniel: I would say just rotary. While you can use via PC, they break down too quickly to work in completely with the PC. For a PC I would say the entire Poorboy's SSR line.

AIO is a good prep for any sealant. I use it if I use a product like #80 which contains oils that need to be removed for proper sealant bonding.

#80 is a nice polish that cuts a little harder than SFP at first but breaks down very fine. I use it for about 1/3 of my swirl removal details, but via rotary, Menzerna is still the winner.

Sealant for rims = Klasse or Zaino

Rough shape chrome - Mother's Metal Polish... Good shape chrome - VM

www.protectall.com ....QEW is an actual wash...Run a search...plenty of info on it :)

Woolite has worked great for me. Lexus and Cadillac actually reccomend that type of cleaner for leather in their manuals.

Thanks.

I'll second the Woolite/Water for leather. I did a 95 Ram with 200k on it last night/tonight and the leather, aside from the cracks and tears, came out looking new. I also used #80 on it, which is the best one step product I've come across.
