Grrrrr- Was hit by this crappy driver w/ crappy car

I was driving on the right lane at 40 km/h when this lady decides to change from the left to the right when I was passing hitting the left back side of my volvo

and when we got out she said I was guilty!!

I called the cops, so lets see what happens. I now have new deep scratches on my rear bumper

Yes it's visible, the white on the scratch? it's the primer, can't be buffed. And don't feel sorry for the lady, she hit me.

Ok I'm sure this is a lot of fun for you guys, but there'll be no judge. The cops were called cause she said it wasn't her fault and we agreed on calling them. The insurance companies will take their testimonies when analyzing the accident.

The next step will be presenting the case with my insurance company, they will do all the rest, not me. It's insurance companies fight now, not mine. They'll fight each other if necessary (which is not the case cause she's guilty) and the one who looses will pay for the paint job.

I'm also sure you wouldn't be so happy if your just detailed $ 50.000 car (that I'm still paying for) was scratched by this distracted driver.

By the way, I hate it more when she hit the side where my 2 year daughter was sitting and with my almost-delivering-a-new-baby-wife in th car also (she may have him tomorrow).

Hey jgv,

I do not find this funny at all! When someone damages something that you put your heart and soul into, it really makes you mad!! It does not matter that it is a liitle damage or a lot! Damage is damage! Period!

Thankfully, no one was hurt.

I am sorry jgv, I saw what you were speaking of, but I thought it was a crease in the bumper, not a scratch. Either case, if that is a scratch, yeah its deep. Im sorry this happened to you.
