Griot's Warranty

The wife had purchased a Griot's foam sprayer for me for Christmas about 3 years ago but last year I had noticed the trigger had been sticking - slow to return so would not cut off easily. I was checking it recently as I was cleaning up the supplies and it still was sticking so almost useless.

I decided to contact Griot's to see if it would be covered under their warranty. I sent an email and they immediately sent back a return form with an RMA number. They had looked up my email address to locate the original order without having to provide that. They wanted the entire item back so I boxed it up and shipped it back and within a week I had a new foamer.

Thumbs up on warranty handling for just the price of shipping it back.

I've had to return 3 of their polishers, and have never had an issue at all. I wish all companies stood behind their products like Griots does. Their customer service truly is on a different level than most of the others.
