Griots Garage - A Revival

I`ve used Griots Shampoo for 16+ years now. Aside from that, I never really bought their stuff until the last couple of months. They sorta reminded me of "Hammercher Schlemmer", aka, that catalog type of company.

In the last couple of months, I`ve bought the PWM towels, the pads, and just ordered up some of their BOSS polishes to see what`s the fuzz about. Just gotta wait till those 3.5 BOSS comes up for more orders....

With all the before/after pics I`ve been seeing of the Boss Fast Correcting Cream, I`m going to pickup a bottle myself.

Some of their products do stand out.

Wax as you dry is very good. Even tho the sprayer died early?
Black shine trim restorer (gel) is really holding up on the Xterra.

Their product line was the first one I tried. Love their PFM drying towel, their shampoo, Speed Shine and the 5.5" BOSS thin pads. For really dirty wheels, I turn to their Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner.

Yeah they have really stepped up.

I have all the BOSS creams including the finishing sealant.
A G21 polisher. There BOSS microfiber pads are phenomenal! I recently bought a gallon of Fast correcting cream. Stuff is like crack lol.

I also agree with Speed shine. Stuff is good and is available locally in a pinch.

Regulars here know that I`ve been patronizing Griot`s Garage since the days when Richard answered the phone in the kitchen. I think it`s just *GREAT* that he`s been able to build such a successful business out of his interest in the Car Hobby.

I was a big fan of SpeedShine for quite a while, but I only liked it on waxes (as opposed to sealants) and I really *disliked* it as a clay lube.
