New G9 arrived! Traded in one of my old GG6`s...











Will have to wait till I`m back up and running and my back is better for a full review...but this will be a place holder for it!
 
Sizzle Chest- I`ll be watching to see how you like it, but my Crystal Ball is pretty clear on this one ;) Maybe you`ll nudge me to trade in too!
 
Is $149 pretty much the going price on these? I`ve never seen a sale below $149.
Ordered one from Oreilly`s and while the description and picture was right, I got a 850w unit which is not even on the Griot`s website.

Yep, that`s the correct pricing.

The G9 has a 1000w motor, 850w is the GG6-the `old` one that the G9 is replacing.

The only one I saw on their site was the G9, although their description says the wattage is 1100, which is incorrect per Griot`s site.

Good Luck with the new machine and I hope you are feeling better soon! If I didn`t just buy a new Rupes 21 last year, I`d probably invest in one of these....who knows, maybe I will still invest in one as a new "toy" to go along with my Dewalt Rotary, PC7424XP, Flex3401, Griots 3" Random Orbital and my Rupes IBrid Nano....do I have enough???
