Green Bay Wisconsin area Autopians chime in!

Unfortunately I haven't seen any good ones except one that is in Indiana. It's an '01 ES 5spd for $6500 or something. I think it had 80K or so on it. I would be interested in it if it were a little closer.



I don't have the money yet though. My summer job season began this week with our annual meeting, which netted me over $100. Now the real job starts, and I should be able to bring it $1000/month plus detailing profits. I have everything I could need for detailing this season, so I shouldn't need to buy much in addition to what I have.



Hopefully by the end of July I'll be cruisin' in my new Mazzzzzda. :)
 
Joe and Tom - our order of MFs arrived today.

Joe - I can drop yours off at your house on my way to school sometime....any preferred time/day?



Tom - Are you coming to Manitowoc or nearby town anytime soon? Otherwise, I'm going to Stevens Point on the 6th for registration, so I could drop down to Oshkosh on the way back.
 
So do we want to organize a local meet here in the Green Bay area sometime in June?

Anyone is welcome to try any of my products and supplies. I'll bring everything I've got.
 
I'll pencil in the sixth and do everything I can to make it. But with three kids sometimes my schedule changes at the last minute. Do we know where in Green Bay we want to meet? Or would Appleton be a better place to meet?

The 6th is just the day that I'm meeting with Tom (Bluesbrekr) to drop off some MF towels that he added to my order.



I'm still open to suggestions on a day to have a local meet. I'll try to make any day, but the 6th is when I'm driving to Stevens Point to register for classes (3rd year now...).
 
I will be going to the Green bay area for my summer job several times over the summer so if you guys wanted to hold a meet somewhere in Appleton/Green Bay that would be OK.

Otherwise, Carl and I could work out the details to organize a meet in Manitowoc.



Tom - I'll give you a call on Friday afternoon when I'm coming back through Appleton/Neenah to drop off your MFs.
 
How do you guys feel about a meet in the middle of June - maybe Saturday, June 11th? Or the 18th?

I have off work on the 11th, but I could probably take off work for another day if need be.



Would anyone be interested in a non-traditional meet, like mini-golf, or go-karting, or disc golf?
 
I second the go-karting/minigolf! :p



Of course, we should get plenty of detailing in, too. Paul and I both have rotaries, so if folks are interested in trying them, here's your opportunity.



Any date works for me. Come on guys, is there anybody else who's from the area/has a certain date that works?

I have a neighbor who is an Autopian level detailer.....just not a member of Autopia. I think I'm going to approach him and it'd be great if I could invite him to a meet!

The infamous screaming neighbor? Maybe you should just approach him from across the street like he does to the rest of the neighborhood. :)
 
Oh no...this neighbor lives on the end of the street. He's got a 2005 Trailblazer LTZ and a Tahoe LT, a 2003 Silverado (with many tasteful modifications), an 80's Eldorado (or Riviera, can't remember) in MINT condition, and a 2004 Dodge Stratus RT Coupe (light blue). And he manages to keep them ALL clean. I think he owns Brook's Brother's car dealer or something (one of those on Calumet). But then, just a few days ago, we saw a police car and ambulance rush to his house and pull him away in a stretcher, so I hope he's okay.
