Gotta give it up to Griots

My father has always been a griots user and bought me a boars hair brush about 6 years ago (used every weekend for 5-6 years btw). Well recently the thing started falling apart, so I tested Griots lifetime warranty and exchanged it for some stuff.

I ordered their microfiber WW Drying towel. The quality is amazing, but it's the little details that Griots throws in that makes me like them. The towel is the same size and quality as my Big Blue, but it has little pockets for your hands at each end. While yes I believe this was 1-2$ more expensive then the BB it's little things like this that really make this place stand out, esp if money isn't an issue.

Then I also ordered a new large duster as my California Car one is falling apart. I expected theirs to be just like that one but relabled. Nope, for the same price this thing is A LOT sturdier and bigger and definately feels well built.

While some of these things they have are expensive, it's the little details the execute so beautifully. And the customer service is amazing!

I have Griot's WW towel. The threads that hold those pockets together have come undone (probably from the washing machine). I've noticed that it drys a little "stiff" after I wash it compared to PakShak's WW towel which is always soft. Just a couple of things to keep an eye on. Otherwise, I'm still able to dry the entire car with it and it still has some dry spots in it when I'm done.

Hmmm, maybe I should contact Griot's to see if I can exchange this one.

i'm laughing at my dad, he bought 2 of these Griots towels well over a year ago and doesn't know where they are. He doesn't know what he's been missing :rofl
