Got the polisher...now which products?

Hey there-



My friend has a black '99 Mitsu Eclipse GSX with some pretty heavy swirls. He recently got a craftsman (?) polisher....



Now my question is, which polish should i use? Can you guys list some polish in order from very light to heavily abrasive? Also, which pads to go with which polish?

I would highly recommend you return the buffer if it's not a random orbital one. Most everyone here that uses a buffer uses the Porter Cable 7424 random orbital bufer with pads from properautocare or meguiar's. Do a search on 7424 or go to 4DSC's link here for complete info.



Me, I got the bonus kit from coastaltool and DAP-KIT from properautocare. For a swirl remover try Meguiar's #9 swirl remover 2.0 or Meguiar's fine cut cleaner. Good luck and happy detailing!! :D
