Got a few questions

Havn't check/post this site in ages, got a few questions before I detail my car tomorrow.



I have a PC, what speed do I set when polishing with IP?? FP??



After I polish my car and apply AIO and SG, how long do I wait to apply the next coat of SG?? Is it 12 hours??



And after I apply a few layers of SG do I have to wait a few hours before I can apply S100??

5" backing plate for 6" white pad + 7.5" orange pad and a 3" backing plate for the 4" spot pad. All are Lake Country pads
