They asked me if I would please cover my truck and stop using Duragloss for a while. It seems the reflection of the sun off my Toyota Tacoma is blinding the Astronauts in the space shuttle. I swear to you guy's! It's true!, it's true! :lol :heelclick , Mike

Which Duragloss product? Curiosity is growing tremendously. AquaWax is on order as I can't get locally!!!! :hairpull

OK, I am caving in to the Duragloss craze that I'm starting to see alot of. Where do you get the stuff?

Car Quest stocks most of it. Other than their rim cleaner, I havent been disappointed with any of their products. Right now I'm using Aquawax, 105, the vinyl and leather protectant and the convertible top dressing (Which is AWESOME).

Oh yea, the Bug and Tar remover isnt bad either.

There has been so many serious discussions about how great the Duragloss products are that I was just trying to lighten things up a bit with a little humor for a fantastic product.

As I have stated before I found that by using Duragloss 652 #2 PC cleaner first, then I use several coats 105 and then top with Duragloss AW and keep it maintained with AW. At least that's my plan, so far so good. Every where I go I get compliments on my 01 Tacoma .

The first time I used AW was over Mothers wax/cleaner combo and it did a fantastic job that way too. But about a week or so ago I decided to try all Duragloss and it really shines! Just ask the Astronauts, :woot2: :hifive: Mike

After reading about Duragloss products on here a while back I looked every where for it

and it was right here in my little home town at our Nappa Auto parts store. They carry the line but had to order the AW for me. They had it at 8:00am the next morning. It really makes it nice because I don't pay for any shipping and they can order what ever I want in Duragloss products because they are a dealer/supplier. My buddy is the manager and on the Duragloss wagon also. :buffing: Mike

Pictures? I thought you guys would never ask,Lol. Hope I don't get in trouble. I posted a few pics on here before but I don't remember where so here are a couple of them after the AW was applied and buffed by hand. If you look real close you can see the space shuttle reflected in the hood.....wait a minute, that's a Nat!,Lol. Mike

Have you tried that Vinyl dressing on the dash or counsel ? Just wondering how it would work for that rather than using Armorall? Mike

The convertible top stuff isnt really a dressing.. its more like a coating. They recommend using it for exterior trim tho. It's a tad tacky when it first goes on and I dont know that I'd want that on my interior. Here's a link to it tho..

It is EXCELLENT on tops. It does restore the top back to black and seems to have good longevity.

JayC , Thanks for the info. I have the link to there site and have checked out most of there products. Wish I could buy it all, Lol. Mike
