I have been hearing as of the end of this month Google Places is GONE ... you will loose all your reviews and 5 star rating if you have one... and Google Places is being replaced with Google Plus... Any truth to this.

It is being replaced. Google+ Local will be using zagot which Google bought. There is a migration plan to move over current businesses and reviews.

Ah hell. I just got on Google Places and got 5 star reviews recently and near the top of the page (number 2). If this happens it will hurt my business bad because I get a lot from it...

Please tell me its just a rumor!
