Good microfiber to use with ONR?

I'm looking to pick up some ONR to use in areas that are hard to wash and avoid marring, such as the black portions of the door jambs and stuff under the hood. I planned on using a MF towel to wash and wipe these areas clean. What's a good microfiber to use in these areas, yet will not cause any marring? Would the work well with the standard run of the mill autoparts store microfibers, or do they easily induce marring?

The areas you will be cleaning are probably some of the dirtiest areas of the car. I wouldn't waste money on good microfiber as you will just ruin them. IMO, your best bet is to buy the generic microfibers from the wholesale clubs like Sam's Club or Costco. They're inexpensive, you get 25 or 30 towels, and if they get too grungy to use, you can throw them out without feeling like you wasted money. Some people replace their good mf towels and the older towels are then used for these dirty areas. For cheap waffle weaves, you might want to consider the Walmart Mainstays waffle weave microfiber towel that you can find in their housewares section.

Use your old MFs for the jambs and get new ones for the body. Target and Walmart (Wal of China) MFs are plenty good enough for this use.
