The owner helped me detail his truck, he helped me in the past with some work on my Z06.

Before, it did not look that bad. He had never done anything to it:

After claying, pulled the truck outside and noticed some lite swirls/scratches from washing on the hood and most everywhere else.

Pulled it back in and started with ZPC fusion on a white pad w/ the PC. That did take out about half of the swirls/scratches. Worked on it longer and thats about all where where getting out with the ZPC and a white pad. I only had one orange pad, but 3 white pads. These are all LC CP pads. So I tried some Menzerna FPII on a white pad and it seemed to be about the same as the ZPC. Being that I only had one orange pad, I decided to use the Menzerna IP with the orange pad. Did the other half of the hood and all the defects where gone. I would of liked to try the ZPC with a orange pad, but if it did not get all the defects out, would of had to wash the pad and wait for it to dry before using the MIP.

So did the whole truck with MIP and a orange pad. I was applying with the PC while the owner of the truck was wiping off with a 50/50 mix and a MF. Followed that with MFPII and a white pad and 50/50 wipe as well. The truck was really glowing after the Menzerna products. Did 3 coats of Z2pro with ZFX applied and removed by hand. Some Z6 between each coat and applied some Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield to finish it off.

So it only took both of use about 7 hours to get it done. :buffing:
