Hi. I have tried in vain to remove some old glue on a plastic panel in my g/f's car. A few years ago, the switch for one of them under-the-dashboard-glo-light-kind-of-thingies (don't ask why lol) was glued on. However, now that the switch is removed, it's left her car with an ugly swatch (sp?) of hardened glue that looks gross.
Any suggestion on taking it off without damaging the plastic? I tried nail polish remover, several heavy duty degreasers (I was desperate lol) but none are working.
If the part wasn't so hard to find, I would just replace it. Thanks.
