Getting that pop!

Car Detailing Whore
Ive been trying to get a glazed type effect out of the white paint on my car. Switching a microfiber cloth while QDing did make a difference, but I am looking for more.

Any recommendations?

so are you looking for depth in the form of an oily wet finish?
If so check out Vanilla Moose as a polish, and try EX. Not sure what these will do on white, but on silver these add a deep finish.

Actually for white I haven't tried these, the best results I get with white are AIO with UPP. I haven't changed because this was by far better than what I was getting on white before.

Tassadar, tho I completely agree with ThomasFl on the products, you must realize that the most important factor of pop when you look at pictures is their quality, not the one from the vehicle. You can have a great car with a great finish, but if the pic is no good it just doesn't shows (pop) on the other hand a good pic can make an horrible looking car look great.

I've learned a lot about not feeling bad when I see others work through pictures.

On white it doesn't get better than 3 or 4 layers of UPP and a coat or two of P21S. If you are looking for more pop than what that combination provides then you have the wrong color. White is a hard color to work on and I haven't ever seen it really impress me. I would love to see results that change my mind. If you find a better combination then let us know. If you can get white to pop then you can do anything.

That should do it, and if it doesn't..................... trade it in on a black vehicle! Then, you'll really be sorry! :D

Well since I am short on moeny and cannot afford those products, I did find something today. Apparently my dad at some point actually waxed his cars, and with Zaino no less. So this Saturday, my car is going to be Zainoed. But I am going to do one pass of Megs #9 before the Zaino.
