Getting rid of residue?

I used SSR range followed by EX-P & Nattys blue on my mid blue VW Passat. I now notice alot of small stone chips on my hood that have filled with product & dried white.

I washed the car followed by OCW, then tried DC1 & NXT all cleaned off with an ultra plush microfibre with no luck! Do any of you guys have a solution to getting rid of this residue?

a detailing brush should take care of that nicely. they should be available otc at some stores, and if not, they're only like $3 online.
