get the best shine out of white

Well I drive a white truck, and although I've only waxed it once it just doesn't seem to have the same pop as most other colors. Is there anything I can do, or any certain type of wax or cleaner that will really bring out the shine in my white? Sadly I don't have a polisher so that is out of the question for now, but I plan on using the clay bar on it in a week or so. Thanks for the help.
 
I just finished waxing my wife's 2005 white Tacoma 4X4 with Meguiars ColorX. Easy on, easy off and it looks great. I applied it by hand with a foam applicator and removed it with a microfiber polishing cloth. It has about as much "pop" as anything on white.

I've had good success with Meguairs #80 followed by VM, UPP and sometimes topped with S100. Gives a nice warm glow.

I tried something new to me this weekend...washed with meg's gold class, klasse AIO to remove all the old wax, and topped with s100. I thought it looked good, but it can always be better, then my neighbor rang my doorbell this morning to ask what I used to make white look so good :bigups
 
Klasse AIO or Werkstatt's Prime topped with Meguiars #16, Natty's Blue, S100/P212S, Collinite 845, OCW or Meguiars NXT all look excellent on white.



Full sealant route would be Werkstatt, UPP, Zaino, FMJ over AIO or Prime.

Meguiars ColorX is more comparable to Mequiar's #66. #80 does not offer much protection. ColorX and #66 do.



ColorX is a "lazy guy" product that gives very good resluts.

Color X and IW 845 looks great on white.



I used Menzerna IP, AIO and Zaino ZFX/Z5 x3 on my white "beater" last year and it looked awesome!



Zaino Z2 and Z5 look great on white IMO. I haven't used Z2 Pro on a white car yet though.
