I have a friend that does computer repair and IT and he said that Geek Squad was the best thing to happen to his business. He says as soon as the customer says Geek Squad did this and this happened he adds 20% to the estimate.

Who in their right mind goes into best buy for 2 or 3 hrs at a time anyway. You can only look at the 80" HD's and play the PS3 for so long.
