Hello,

At the suggestion of a fellow member, I decided to add this as a new thread. We recently finished re-doing our garage. It is a standard 2.5 car attached garage. Pictures can be seen at http://www.natesnyder.com/swc/garage.htm but here are some of the highlights:

1. Racedeck flooring

2. Foundation lip trim painted in Herculiner roll-on truck bedliner

3. Stairs painted in Herculiner roll-on truck bedliner

4. Outlet covers with custom vinyl flames

5. Misc memorabilia, art, & awards

If you have any comments, questions, or suggestions, feel free to email met at swc at(@) natesnyder.com

Must not snow where you live. Or, what do you do in the winter time when your car brings in globs of snow/road slush/sand/salt etc.?

I'd guess those sweet rides never see snow though. ;) Love the split window BTW.

that garage is an inspiration to get some great ideas. I looked at Race Deck and and also looking at U-Coat-It. The cost difference is pretty large with U-Coat-It being the cheaper way to go. I've got to stretch the dollars for wall paint and some racks for garden tools, etc.

Thanks for sharing those pics!

Very nice garage and quality design.

If you need someone to move that beautiful Vette while you do garage chores, let me know. :) That's the kinda person I am. Always willing to help!

Thanks for all the kind comments. It snows like crazy here in the winter, Buffalo, NY area. We just moved in this past September, so we havn't seen a winter with the completed garage. We are planning on putting in a small rubber pan for the snowblower to sit in, other than that, nothing special. The cars don't rerally get driven in the summer all that much, but so far I am amazed at how easy it is to clean spills(gas, oil, grease) off the tiles without harming them.

Nice.

Very Nice.

Well, Damn Nice.

As nice a posting as I have seen. Hope the maintenance is easy...

Thanks again. The cabinet keeps the towels and polishes. I put the spray bottles in the rack and keep the PC and Makita buffers and pads in their seperate case.

Coming from Brad B, that is a great compliment (click on his homepage for pics of his "sanctuary " and you will see what I mean!

We measured and cut some pine boards into a -| shape and then just pained over it. For the concreate stairs, we just cleaned them with concrete cleaner from Home Depot and then painted them the next day. We did find out that a brush works better than the recommended roller for these types of applications.

Slvr2002, did you say Buffalo, NY ? Not the most climate-correct location for 2 Vettes , huh ?

Very nice garage :bigups

That red Vette is cool, too.

Hey now, blizzard of '77 my mom drove from 20 miles from college in her Mustang. :p

We're kind of a crazy folk here in Buffalo? :nixweiss

Nice garage! Is that flooring expensive? Our concrete is starting to look unsightly and this stuff looks like it would be nice.
