G35 Detail

I haven't posted in a few years, literally. So I thought I would share a detail:)

My car hasn't been detailed Autopian style in 2 years, so I thought it was time to treat it right. It wasn't too bad to begin with, but the dealership put in more swirls in 3 visits than I have in the 2 years since my last big detail.

My car is 4 years old, and I plan on keeping it for a very long time.

PC at 5/6 with 3M RC-fine cut & 3M SMR & Sonus Pads

Klasse AIO

Meguiar's #16 Paste Wax

Mother's Back to Black

303 Aerospace Protectant

Meguiar's Endurance Tire Gel

Will do the interior when I have some more time.

Dang! The paint looks so liquid!

We use so many new products around here, sometimes you forget how great old favorites like AIO and #16 look together.

Looks great!

Are those the 18" sedan wheels or the 19" coupe wheels? I was curious as to whether the 19" coupe wheels would fit the sedan.

Those are 19" coupe wheels. They will fit the sedan. You'll probably want to lower your vehicle at least 1" overall (g35 coupe or 350z suspension) to account for the aggressive offset.

do your rims rub if you lower your car 1inch? i've got the same car, same rims, but am afraid of lowering the rears since there isn't that much clearance as it is.

i've been told you may need to roll the fenders

I had to roll my fenders to prevent rubbing. If you don't roll your fenders, you may rub when you perform sharp turns or carry more than 1 passenger.
