Fuel Injector Cleaners: Any Good ?

What do those Octane boosters do for a regular car? Can they be used? Since I'm not pinging and since I don't have a racing engine, I guess they're useless, right ?
 
I couldn't find the Chevron or Red Line or Lucas stuff, so I went with some STP FI/Line cleaner stuff.

The Chevron can be purchased Wally world and the Red Line and Lucas you can find at Advanced Auto or Pep Boys if you have them their.
 
Another vote for Techtron.
You may want to also change your fuel filter as well.
Thats whats going to trap the larger particles.
Your injectors could be clear, but you be could starving the fuel supply.

Be carefull running Octane boost it unless your car is designed for it.
You can do alot of damage to your heads (friend destroyed his running octance boost and NOS in his 5.0, heads weren't set up to handle the heat)
