Frozen P21S

I just recieved my shipment of P21S (the kit), and when I opened the wax I saw the no frost message. It was frozen hard (I assume it isn't just that hard). It froze in the UPS truck I guess. Surely it isn't ruined!?

Are you sure it's frozen? It hasn't been that cold anywhere in the US for shipments to freeze yet. I would venture a guess that UPS takes precautions to keep any materials from freezing during shipment. Otherwise people would be raising H*ll about this all the time in the winter.
 
it should appear hard but when you swipe your pad over it, it should come off on the pad. you only need a little bit when you wax your car.
 
The only thing I'm sure of is that I'm an idiot. It was cold (and has been below freezing every night this week), but it is just how the wax is. I was expecting it to be a little softer. It's all good :cool:
