front bumper won't come clean

How can I get my front bumper cleaner? I've washed and scrubbed with Meguier's Gold Class shampoo but there are still brownish/black spots on my white paint that I can't get off. Do I need a tougher shampoo or something else...it's not bumpy paint or anything so I'm not sure if clay will work.

Did you try it with a cellophane glove? I once detailed a white Avalon where I could not feel the bumps with my barehands, but the brown flecks came off with clay and then a once-over with the PC and 3M SMR.

I'll haveto try after I get back in town. My car's parked next to the runway..I'm not looking forward to seeing the scrum covering my ride
