Good lady friend of mine who I work with needs some help. She was out waxing her car ( Black ZX2 Escort) in the sun
She used Turtle Wax and waxed in the sun because she thought it would dry faster. A friend of hers comes along and ask her if she wants to go for a walk. She went along and left the car with the wax all over it in the sun for 2 hours. She came back and busted her a$$ off to try get that wax to come off, obviously it was baked on. To this point she has about 90% of the wax off but some of it still remains on the front and rocker panels. All this happened last week. I told her to try using some Warm Water and Dishwashing soap, try rewaxing the area after washing it of course, or she said her boyfriend has a buffer for her to use, a cheapy Sears $30 buffer to try to get it off. I offered to help out and go out to her house or she can come to mine and I can see what I can do. I thought about using a clay bar as well. I know her well but not enough that she would probably want to let me work on her car. She knows I detail cars. Anyway, you guys got any suggestions of how we can get this wax off her car?????
