Fresh single stage paint

Privitize it
I just got done painting my bumpers for my Mustang. I was doing a BC/CC, but decided to go with the original color, which is single stage. I've never prepped fresh single stage paint before. They didn't come out too bad except for a couple pieces of dust because I wasn't in a paint booth. I am thinking of something like #84-#83-#80-#7. I'd be using a PC for the polishing. I'm not going to wet sand because I was told not to and from the factory, these weren't the best looking paint jobs. It just keeps it more original.

I dont even know if the #84 will be necessary on the SS. I had some really badly swirled and scratched SS on an 81 black Vette and everything came out with PG on the hood and Optimum on the sides. I find that PG is somewhat more aggressive than #83 but closer to #83 than #84. Start with the #83 and move up if necessary, less aggressive first.
