Hey Todd,

  1. If the sub total is higher than $95.00, will the adjustment be made automatically?
  2. What happens is after the free shipping the total order drops below the $95.00?
 
I think what Todd means is you can apply the code at any time (the code is permanent). You still cannot stack codes.
 
My experience here is that the order total (with discounts) must be over the limit to get the free shipping..
