Favorite color for a wax - neon green, if the photoluminescent particles wouldn't scratch the paint I'd say go for a glow in dark, just for fun even though it won't show on the car at all.

Red, orange - just about anything that is tinted in color. Pure "natural" coloring is very difficult to see on white paint.
