FPII vs. Tropi-care tc-8

I'm debating on what products to buy.

I recently PC'd my 99 Z28 with tc-8 and it failed to remove all the swirls. I was wondering if I should step up to OP and a yellow pad or if FPII would be stronger than tc-8 and strong enough to remove moderate swirls.

My car is pewter, and I saw a picture of a silver car on here done with FPII and DP Max Wax, and I want to try that combo in this car because that car looked amazing.

Anybody have experience with these?

RD is always going to be better. FP II is damn nice but in actual fact the old FP 1 PO87MF sometimes gives a wetter finish than II

Is there to be any real difference if I buy and use FPII as opposed to jsut using the Tc-8 I have? I use #7 before any sealant or wax coats anyway.

Would IP be a better recomandation for higher cut that OP?

From everything I've heard, yes it is very hard. I'm no expert by any means, but applying tc-8 via PC did hardly anything for my light swirls. It seemed though, that the black on the sidemirrors and sailpanal responded better t tc-8?
