Four Star Carpet and Upholstry cleaner....

All I gotta say is this stuff gave me some brownie points this weekend at my girlfriends house! My girlfriends parents have white carpet in their living room and over Christmas they had a X-mas party and someone must have dropped some beer on the carpet and left a couple nice size stains on the carpet. My gf's mom has been tryiing for months to get the stains out with some oxiclean thing she bought but it just made the stain lighter. She was trying to clean up the house a little because they were expecting company the next day and she was trying to get the stain out of the carpet once again. She was about to go out and rent a carpet steamer when I told her I had some cleaner in my truck for carpets I use when I detail cars. Keep in my mind, my gf thinks I'm crazy for buying all this detailing stuff and the fact that I keep it in my truck at all times. My gf and her mom were doubting that anything i had would work on the stain...boy did I prove them wrong. I came in and sprayed the carpet with the 4-Star carpet/upholstry, let it sit for about 5 minutes and then my gfs mom scrubbed it for a little bit. Badda Bing....the stain disappeared within minutes!!!! the mom claimed it wasnt gone but i told her it just looked like it was there because of the wetness so I told her to leave it alone and look at it again in the morning. She came downstairs the next morning and for sure, it was completely gone. She told me she tried every single carpet product they sell in stores and nothing had worked in months. She asked me to send her a link for the capet cleaner so she can order a bottle or 2 of it this week. My gf has a little more faith in me and my detailing skills and her mom is REAL happy considering she was going to replace the 2 year old carpet in the next coming weeks, but not now! :mohawk


Cliff Notes: Gf's parents had a beer stain in white carpet, the mom tried every carpet cleaner available at stores and nothing worked, I come along with my Four Star Carpet/Upholstry cleaner, stain comes out completely, I earn brownie points from my gf's parents!
 
I need to try that. My wife care has the remains of a pop spill on here carpet and headliner ( I know dont ask) and I was wondering how to get it out. I was also considering that 6to1 ratio of water and woolite
 
NIce job!! I will have to try that with my gfs carpet! P.S. the cliffnotes are funny!!

yea. i love cliff notes. :)

isnt it great when things like that unfold. my mom uses some metal polish made for utensils and she was complaining how some of her silverware she keeps put away in a drawer in the dining room looks old and that the cleaner isnt working anymore. i told her i had something i use for the car and she immediately laughed it off. came back with some AIO and 20 minutes later she was surprised at how well it worked at cleaning and shining the suckers. still dont know if it was all a skam to get me to clean the silverware.
 
i gave my mom aio to clean her necklace when she was gonna have it done at the jewelery store and .. well.. pay money. It did a great job!!

That's why I can justify buying all of these products. They are so versatile and have so many uses that it's stupid not to buy it. I still only use them on the car and car related things, but I can still tell myself that they will clean more than the car. Spending money doesn't seem that bad that way. Congrats on the brownie points. They come in pretty handy.
