Four Star Auto Shampoo - Old?

Guys/Gals - I just purchased some Four Star Ultimate Auto Wash Shampoo from SuperiorCarCare.net. It arrived along with some other products without incident. In fact, they even upgraded to FedEx 2-day delivery. (I had a few problems with my cc while ordering.) The sticker on the bottom of bottle indicates a date of manufacture of 02/01/06. I was wondering if anyone knows if the formula has changed since that date. It's over a 1 1/2 years. The bottle was pretty dusty as well. If it's changed, is it worth taking it up with them?

I wouldn't think it effect it's intended use any. I used it a while back, and it was one of the shampoos I really liked.
