Hey All from Melbourne Australia,
I Went mobile for this one
This is a new car that was presented to my customer a couple of months back at the dealership. Nevermind the dirt, its there because he did not want to make things worse and waited for me to do the correction, so of course it was going to get dirty. For the life of me I cannot understand how this happens. It was obvious they used a wool pad as I found strands in the crevices and dried up compound. I know the idea is to push out cars as fast as they can, but this was just very poor from the dealer detailers. I would be very embarrassed handing the keys to a customer who would be owning this. Anyway I guess it brings the business.
Car had scratches and swirls. Scholl was used primarily as the polishes and compounds from S3, S17 & S30. HD Uno was used on the pillars. In an effort to bring the price down a little for the customer the car was coated with Wolf's standard wrap, as I wont be using the standard anymore and only the hard body, it was good to use my remaining wrap on this car. Customer was pleased with the results. I shot a video of 50/50 of the bonnet. Not very good at shooting video, but after a few seconds you will see the left hand side pretty mashed up and right corrected. ford G6E - YouTube Still cant believe the car was presented like this! Car was decontaminated with Iron X and also the the HD towel was used for a quick clay of the car. Wheels dressed with megs tyre gel and plastics got a dose of perl. Windows by Stoner's invisible glass. Did i say that I that I still cant believe a car was presented in this state! This has to go down as one of the worst I have seen from a dealership! Dont know what dealers are like in the U.S but here in Oz they seem to have very poor prep work and delivery of a new car!
Any way, some before's, 50/50's and afters.
Car as presented
Shocking
50/50s
Corrected
Finished
Looks like I have a front flat lol
Weapons of choice
Thanks for viewing!
