Ford Explorer/Ranger owners plz read!

Anyone out there had problems with their heating/AC ?



After weeks of the AC not working on our '97 XLT some intensive research turned up that Fird fitted the wrong Blender Doors on their vehicles around 96-97 that crack and jam in place.



Remedy is $1000 and alot of hassle.



I have found a shortcut/fix if anyone wants to know ........

There are many blend door threads over there. Sometime's it's the actual entire blend door, or sometimes it's just the actuator.



As an Explorer owner, I'm always interested in fixes for this issue. :D
