FMJ at the 2 month mark

It rained yesterday and I checked out the beading on my 94 Accord. I applied Dec 15th. (2x on flat surfaces, 1x on horizontal) Still has substantial amount of beading on the car. Its seen alot of salt and maybe 2 washes in that time fram due to weather setbacks. Its got my approval at 2 months, will update at month #3. If I were to guess it has retained 85% of its original bead structure.

have you applied any QD like a 1z lackfinish or the new fmj spray?



also, have you noticed any deterioration in looks?
 
Ed, do you happen to have any pics. I almost whipped out the smilie that says "this thread is worthless without pics", but I appreciate the information!!

I ordered the Detail Spray from pemium and I am going to use it exclusively on my car with FMJ and see what I can get out of it. But I don't plan keeping may car for long, so maybe I will do it on my GF's truck. I'm curious to see how good the DS is!
 
L33, no I have not used any QD. I don't have any or have I ever used it...The car washes up nicely, no noticable setbacks in looks at all. Still has a very nice gloss to it.



Cobra, no pics. Im just not that good with all the new technology. Plus had to send my digital camera back to Fuji as the zoom broke.



armoredsaintt, I used Menzerna Intensive polish. The car is light blue so I did not use my FP2. If the car were dark I would have gone IP, FP2 then FMJ
