I have been getting a lot of requests to do a quick overview of how the Flex XC3401 works and what it's all about.
If you aren't familiar with the Flex XC3401, it's the most powerful dual action polisher that we carry and it's also made in Germany. Smooth, powerful, and built to last - That's what the Flex XC3401 is all about.
Lets take a quick look at the machine...
The first thing you'll notice about the 3401 is the design. Every aspect of the polisher serves a purpose and not one detail was overlooked in the design. Strict emphasis was put on the ergonomics of the machine to ensure that it was comfortable to hold for hours with very little to no fatigue put on the user.
Variable speed trigger, soft start, and trigger lock are all built in to the machine.
The handle was designed to apply even pressure over the buffer while also making it comfortable to hold - no shaky hands here.
The 3401 comes with a 5.5" backing plate from the factory, but here is the optional 4 3/8" backing plate that's designed to utilize 5.5" pads.
Now that you're familiar with the machine, it's time to start polishing! Apply a thin, even bead of your favorite polish and go to work.
With the Flex 3401, powerful and smooth are now synonymous with each other.
Best part? With forced rotation, the machine never bogs down or stops while buffing, even if the pad isn't flat on the surface being polished.
