flex 3401 & rv's & boats

been detailing cars for a few months now part time. just got a flex 3401 for the extra power. starting to get request do do exterior work on boats and rv's. not ever doing them before, was wandering if they are just like cars. can i use the same process, and is the flex enough of a machine to get out moderate to servre oxidation like i sometimesee on rv's
