Fixed my Acura Legend's failing roof clearcoat!

My clear coat started like this:

And then I posted this picture a while after it was polished:

And yesterday I wetsanded, compounded, and polished it to this:

I know it is most likely not a permanent solution, but it is way better now than before, and it slows down the separation of the clear coat and base coat. Also, the dust on my roof is polish dust, not dirt, so don't fret. :) And yes, I cleaned up the polish from the black trim. And yes, i know I should have taped off the black trim and edges.
 
Same thing is happening on the trunk and roof of my 91 Legend (black). I'm thinking of just getting it painted since i want to shave the emblems anyway and there are holes behind them on my year (91 LS 5 spd sedan).
