'Fit' vegetable cleaner

Have done a search on this and the topic doesn't seem to have been discussed, apologies if I missed it.

Am well into Klasseing my new VW TDI today, just got in to take a break and started washing my hands with the usual stuff to take off the AIO but was having a problem getting soap to suds.

My normal protocol is a bit of Griots's wash straight up, followed by non-pumice citris hand cleaner and then regular soap, but it just was not 'cutting' it so to speak. Dawn helped somewhat but the skin felt as though a little of the super secret German product was still present.

While seaching under the sink my eyes spied our bottle of Fit vegetable cleaner, a generous application seems to have really removed all of the AIO.

Wonder what else this product is good for??

My stance towards Fit for cleaning vegetables and fruits is, "Why use chemicals to wash out chemicals?"

I guess that the simple answer is so you won't eat the chemicals.

The bottle states that the product is 'all natural' and yes I realize that lead, mercury, radon and abestos are also all natural substances.

Since this stuff removes the wax sprayed on veggies it has to be able to de-wax vehicles no??

I don't have the FIT system so not sure what is in it. I use a product called Veggie Wash which has, amongst other ingredients, "citrus cleaners". Just guessing that those citrus cleaners may be a derivative of d-limonene which, depending on dilution rate, is a very powerful solvent. So, I guess it would remove the wax from your vehicle.

I sell Fit. At work.

Its used to clean fruits and vegies. But to me, so is water.

But...good news. For example, I had a customer the other day that came into my produce dept. and she had alergic reactions to most of the chemicals on the products, and washing them at home didnt help. So I gave her a few packs of our industrial powder stuff, and she said it worked perfectly.

I personalyl havent used it, because there was always a sink and really abrasive towel arround
