I've heard the term fisheye used for a particular paint blemish, but I don't know what it looks like, atleast I don't think I do. Does anyone have any pics of what this looks like, or a vivid discription?
it looks just like a fish eye. try to picture this,a tiny spec of oil the size of a pin tip on the panel before the paint hits it. now when the panel is painted the paint lays down nice and smooth everywhere but the one spot with the oil. the paint tends to push itself away from the spec of oil and leaves a perfect circle that looks like a tiny crater or fish eye. now when the finish drys there is a tiny defect. hope this helps
