this is my first real attempt at using my makita and my own products. i used a milwaukee with a wool pad at 1700rpms (one speed only) a few times but i did not do too good. so today i decided to try my skills again on my beater car. all i didwas the trunk but im ecstatic at the results. the menzerna line is unreal. i mean i loved it with my PC but now, its unbelievable. also, these pics dont have any glaze or wax on them, just straight after the P106FF. unbelievable look

Process:

Menzerna IP via 1500 LC Yellow Cutting Pad

Menzerna IP via 1200 LC White Polishing Pad

Menzerna PO106FF via 1000 LC White Polishing Pad

anyways onto the pics

Awesome job with the rotary, and its good to see you posting again. :up

Menzerna polishes are no joke, I only use them and Optimum.

Your photos really show off the final results well. You really brought the finish back. What did you decide to use for a LSP? I guess it is safe to assume that you like your new Makita?

you know i really dont care about an LSP since it is just my beater. ill prob just throw some #26 on there.

also, scott, yes it is a 626. not like yours tho. i bought this one for 100 from my buddy, the front end is smashed up

thanks. the next nice day im gonna do most of the car except the hood, driver side fender and covers, since they are destroyed
