It was way too much work to make my car acceptable to post here. Not that it was in horrid condition or anything, but I had to wash my car 3 times in 3days...
Tuesday evening I washed and waxed. The next day I was forced to park in a dirt lot. It also rained, with a touch of sun to burn-in those water spots. So I washed it this morning after reading the weather report. 10% chance it said. I can see why they said 10%, cuz it was only one cloud out there that was dropping rain. It just so happened to be the one hovering over the library where I study. Seriously, it was bright and sunny out as this one cloud sprinkled rain on my just washed car. I sat on the bench with my SUNGLASSES on helpless as the cloud proceeded to piss on my hood and trunk.
Anyways, it gave me a reason to try out poorboy's spray and wipe. Cleaned it up nice. It was a lot of trouble, but we all do crazy things here to keep our rides nice.
Here's my car at the gas station:
Products used: Vanilla Moose and Carnauba Moose Wax. My opinion on it is it gave a deep yet sharp look to my car (am I making sense). I previously had VM and meguiar's #26 yellow paste wax on it. This combo was deep, but as been described of 26, glowed or muted the black in the sense that it wasnt as sharp a reflection IMO. Maybe a lil wetter? not sure.
