well, a sure sign of SPRING. :yay had a cold evening but beautiful day today. figured it was time this morning for the mandatory first cut. and we all know what happens after the first cut.........IT GROWS LIKE MAD! :rofl

Ive already mowed 3 times this year. Im surrounded by farm land, so everything grows like crazy around my place.

Cut mine new yard for the first time yesterday. Did a weed killer treatment today and filled in a few bare spots with scotts turf builder. Two weeks from now I hope to overseed the yard by putting a good fescue grass down. Its a shame that the yard wasn't taken care of while it sat for a year. They did mow it so I cannot xxxxx too much.

I mowed today for the 4th time. I keep it fed 5 times a year and apply iron supplement twice a year. It likes to grow.

I have moved 3 times..need to mow again by Tuesday. During the spring and fall, I need to mow each week unless it is very dry.
