First detail w/ 7424

This weekend I finally got to put the 7424 to use since I got it this winter. Anyways, I put it to use on a '97 Chevy Silverado which was is pretty good shape for it's age. It did have plenty of micromarring that was most noticeable on the hood (Sorry I didn't get before pics.) Here's a few pics I got before the batteries went out, I'll try and get some more if I can. It's not 100% perfect, but I'd say I removed at least 85% of the defects. I was surprised with the results. I must say, I wish I would have gotten one sooner.



Wash - Turtle Wax Ice

Polish - Danase Swirl Abolisher I w/ LC CCS white pad

Wax - OTC Mother's Carnuba

if i am not mistaken danase swirl abolisher is a filler product, which means the swirls will be back pretty soon. I may be wrong tho. I hope you had fun and understand why people like myself are so upsessed with this hobby and in somecases full time jobs.

Danase shirl abolishers are great polishes

and do not fill

woah settle down! he said he thinks it's a filler product, he never said for sure so he left it up in the air and obviously was expecting someone with experience to chime in, not jump all over him!

No need to be surprised, Mother's makes boutique quality products that just so happened to be offered OTC.
