Well, later this month I will be detailing the Buick for the first time this year. It's black and has a 1.5 year old paint job on it. Paint is in awesome shape as you can imagine, plus the car is only out in fair weather. Anyway, why i need a full detail is because it sits outside during the winter under a cover that is not so paint friendly. It's weather proof and pretty rough (yes I know I need a better cover). Now I have a bunch of swirl marks on the paint because of it.
I have these items at my disposal but am looking to purchase whatever I need: DACP, GEPC, Sonus pads, PC, S100.
Now, I don't feel I need to go as aggressive as DACP because it is relatively new paint and just has swirls, no oxidation or stains, so i am looking for something less abrassive or should I just go for it with a polishing pad and DACP? Maybe SSR 1 followed by GEPC then wax? or should I go with a tad more aggressive polish like #80 and then follow that with GEPC + S100
Any thoughts are helpful...
Thanks in advance
