IROC-Z

After a lot of reading here, I finally finished my first *full* detail.

I used the PC 7424. My steps were:

Wash -> Claybar -> Orange Pad using OP -> White Pad using OP -> Black Pad using Clearkote RMG -> and one coat of Pinnacle Souveran Paste Wax (plan on adding a few more layers).

Let me know what you think! Thanks.

Damn you guys and your black paint. I could never get silver to look like that. It looks just amazing man. Fantastic for for your first detail. And I loved that era IROC. I always wanted one in highschool. Whats under the hood?

what a fabulous job you did. you should have a huge uplifting feeling of accomplishment after your first, awesome job getting the right reflective images as well, really shows off that depth.

Thanks guys! Your comments are much appreciated! I've learned a lot from you guys reading this board.

Bolt on 350 TPI. I took all the aluminum pieces off and polished them.

Absolutely beautiful car bro, definitely has that deep wet souveran look.

So...mullet or no mullet? Sorry I had to ask :lol

i read the little blip then saw the pictures and said WOW out loud... incredible work man. im gonna have to try that souveran.

As cheesey as this may sound...your sitting the next generation of muscle cars. The first and second generation camaros are too damn expensive and your really starting to see those IROC's and Z28's coming out of the woodwork. GREAT car, GREAT detail and call me if you want to sell it! Nice work!
