Finish Kare dropping external distribution

FRP customers moving away from older type products, no longer enough volume to justify production plus tougher VOC regulations.

If you want to see what Finish Kare`s "factory" looks like recently, please see this thread:

Look at the second post with a picture, even if the title is about Collinite.

I dislike the VOC regulations, even if it does make for a "better" environment for all of us. It really impacts the production and availability of "good" detailing and cleaning products. Good example is in newspaper ink and printing. I used to use old Wall Street Journal newspaper sheets of stock price listings because the print was so small and dense when it was printed with solvent-based ink to polish and clean auto windows in the late 70`s-early 80`s. It was the paper-fiber quality and solvent-based ink that supposedly contributed to its ability to do that on windows after using a window cleaner and cloth toweling on them. It worked well. Today`s newsprint paper material is junk and the water-based inks now used will only smear a window.

My post is from "That was then"; your post, Setec, is "This is now"
Well at least the building is still there.
No signage, though, to tell what the name of the business is. It IS the same business, isn`t it???
