FedEx fails again

After chewing out two people at the corporate office, a shipping manager and a driver, they finally did pick up today....they sent my original driver and he couldn't believe their own ineptness of covering for a vacationing driver:nono ...especially since the covering driver was here last week and i gave him some PwC :angry ..he'll get a bill when he shows up tomorrow ...if he still has a job:rolleyes:

That's it!! Yell at 'em! They respond better to threats.

FED-EX is the better carrier even though they are slipping. They used to be perfect. But now??? Late payroll to New York. Late dropoff of Poorboys shipment last week (but it got there the day they said it would). Getting a bit sloppy.
